Delivery Terms

Commercial Procedure
1. Buyer LOI

3. Contract Signing
Once the commercial terms are accepted, both parties proceed with the sales contract. The signing date is treated as the contract commencement date unless otherwise agreed.
4. Letter of Credit Opening
The buyer opens an operative Letter of Credit within the agreed period. If the L/C is not opened on time, the seller may revise the price, adjust the shipment schedule or cancel the contract, subject to contract terms.
5. Vessel Nomination
After the L/C becomes operative, the buyer nominates a suitable vessel. The seller may reject or request revision of the vessel nomination for technical or operational reasons.
6. Loading Port Inspection
Product quality and quantity are checked at the loading port by the agreed independent inspection company.
7. Shipping Documents and Payment
After loading, the seller presents the required documents to the bank. Payment is made at sight upon presentation of compliant documents.
