As PLOUTOS GAYRİMENKUL İÇ MİMARLIK TİCARET A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), acting in the capacity of Data Controller, we place great importance on the processing and protection of the personal data of our employees, business partners, customers, and third parties who contact us via email, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

This Privacy Notice has been prepared to inform you about the collection, processing, and transfer of your personal data obtained through email communications.

1. What Personal Data Do We Process? Through the emails you send to our Company or the emails sent to you by our Company, we process your personal data such as your name, surname, email address, phone number, company/institution information, job title, and any other personal data you voluntarily share within the content or attachments of the emails.

2. For What Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data? Your personal data obtained through email communications is processed for the following purposes:

  • Carrying out communication activities,

  • Managing the purchasing, sales, and after-sales support processes of goods/services,

  • Executing and monitoring contract processes,

  • Determining and implementing our Company’s commercial and business strategies,

  • Following up on requests and complaints, and managing information security processes,

  • Managing legal processes and relations with official institutions,

  • Fulfilling our legal obligations.

3. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data Your personal data is collected electronically, fully or partially by automated means, through our Company’s email servers. Your data is processed based on the following legal grounds:

  • It is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract,

  • It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,

  • The personal data has been made public by the data subject themselves,

  • Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

4. To Whom and For What Purposes Do We Transfer Your Personal Data? To achieve the purposes stated above, your processed personal data may be transferred to:

  • Our domestic and/or international technology business partners and service providers (such as cloud service providers and server hosts, as we utilize global email infrastructures like Google Workspace).

5. Your Rights as a Data Subject Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Request information if your personal data has been processed,

  • Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in accordance with its purpose,

  • Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad,

  • Request the correction of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any,

  • Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated by the law.
